These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Education State services and the website educationstate.ie. By using our website, contacting our team, submitting an enquiry, or proceeding with an application through us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
Education State is an education consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. Our office address is 23 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, Ireland.
2. Scope of Our Services
Education State provides information, application support, guidance on study options in Ireland, and related student support services. Depending on the case, services may include:
- course and institution guidance
- application processing support
- document collection and submission support
- visa guidance support
- accommodation support
- airport pickup or other optional support services
We act as an advisory and support service. Final decisions on admissions, visas, accommodation, fees, scholarships, and immigration status are made by the relevant institution or authority, not by Education State.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide to Education State are complete, accurate, and up to date. If incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is supplied, your application may be delayed, refused, withdrawn, or canceled by the relevant institution or authority.
4. Applications and Admissions
Education State does not guarantee admission to any university, college, school, or program. Admission decisions are made solely by the institution.
Any timelines we provide are estimates only. Processing times may vary depending on the institution, intake, documentation quality, immigration processing, or other factors outside our control.
5. Fees, Deposits, and Payments
Where applicable, deposits, service fees, or advance payments must be paid within the deadline communicated by Education State or the institution. Failure to pay on time may result in delays, cancellation of an application, loss of an offer, or loss of reserved pricing.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, any third-party charges, including tuition fees, visa fees, translation costs, courier fees, insurance fees, bank charges, and accommodation charges, are your responsibility.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for tuition, accommodation, deposits, or other services are subject to the policies of the relevant institution, accommodation provider, or service provider, as well as any separate written agreement issued to you during the application process.
Education State does not guarantee that any amount paid to a third party will be refundable. Administrative deductions, banking fees, and provider-side deductions may apply.
If a separate student contract, invoice, quotation, or refund schedule has been issued to you, that document will govern the specific financial terms of your case.
7. Visa and Immigration
Education State may provide general guidance on visa documentation and process requirements. We do not issue visas and we do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
You remain responsible for reviewing official immigration requirements, attending appointments, responding to requests from authorities, and complying with all visa conditions.
8. Accommodation and Travel Services
Where Education State assists with accommodation or travel-related support, those services may be fulfilled by third-party providers. Availability, pricing, check-in conditions, cancellation terms, and refund rules may vary depending on the provider.
Education State is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or policy changes of accommodation providers, transport providers, schools, universities, or other third parties.
9. No Guarantee of Outcome
Education State does not guarantee:
- admission to any institution or course
- scholarship approval
- visa approval
- specific accommodation placement
- employment, internship, or post-study outcomes
- the availability of any course, offer, promotion, or intake
10. Website Use

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
