Education State plans and runs projects in Ireland and across Europe — from community integration programmes to Erasmus+ partnerships. The goal is practical: identify a real need, find the right partners, deliver something useful, and learn from it.
In Ireland we focus on integration and adult learning. At the European level we work with international partners on mobility and knowledge exchange, including Erasmus+ cooperation projects.
- Finding real gaps in what's available to adult learners
- Building partnerships with local and international organisations
- Managing projects clearly, with accountability for results
- Delivering activities that participants can actually use
- Reviewing what worked and applying it to what comes next
Meetings with partner organisations and education providers to exchange ideas and develop international cooperation.

Participants visited universities in Ireland to learn about academic programmes, student services, and the higher education system firsthand.
